What is covered in the price?
Pricing includes everything you need for your event except the alcohol. You can view the whole list of the Twyst Cocktail Co basics here.
Do you provide alcohol?
Due to state laws, we are not able to provide alcohol. However, this allows you to shop around for the best pricing. This will minimize any overspending as you’re able to keep any alcohol left over for future events, gifting or to return.
What size liquor bottles should we purchase?
To ensure prompt and efficient service, we kindly request our clients to provide 750mL or 1 Liter bottles, especially for larger parties. Nevertheless, we are also happy to serve 1.75L bottles, recognizing that they can be a more economical choice.
Do you have licensing and insurance?
We are insured up to one million in liquor liability. All of our Twyst Cocktail Co mixologists are TIPS and ServSafe certified to ensure the best service and safety. Currently, there is no state or federal-recognized license for bartenders of any kind. With that said, each of our bartenders has extensive experience and regularly attend continuing education.
How much alcohol do we buy?
There is no precise measurement or equation that’ll give you the exact amount, but we always suggest being on the safe side and ordering a bit more than you expect. You can use our Twyst calculator to get you in the ballpark.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a 50%, non-refundable deposit upon the booking date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the date of the event.
Can I taste the cocktails before the event?
We offer an add-on that allows you to have a private tasting of our craft cocktails where we explain each ingredient for $150. (Up to 6 people) We will travel to the destination of your choice within 30 miles free of charge. This is the perfect time to ensure we meet all expectations for each craft cocktail.
WHEN DO YOU ARRIVE TO THE EVENT?
On the event day, we will arrive an hour and a half prior to the event to ensure everything is set up and iced down.
